Michael Banks, CEO and Managing Director
Michael Banks has more than 20 years experience in the engineering, mechanical fabrication and installation industry and has held a number of middle and senior management roles in both the United Kingdom and Australia. He joined Amec Services in 2001 as Fabrication and Workshop Manager. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director in July 2006.
As Chief Executive, Michael is responsible for the overall performance of Amec Services and its numerous EPC and construction contracts.
Michael is a graduate from the Business School at Curtin University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He is married with two young children, one boy and one girl, enjoys playing golf and soccer and is an avid supporter of the West Coast Eagles.

Peter Dodd, General Manager
Peter Dodd has in excess of 50 years experience in the engineering and construction industry covering Petrochemical, Refining and mineral Processing. He joined Amec Services in 1999 as General Manager with responsibility for business development and operations coordination. His experience encompasses all phases of project delivery including Project Manager, Site Management, Project Controls and Estimating.
Prior to joining Amec Services Peter held a number of services positions with companies such as Davy Ashmore, Fluor, EL Bateman and Barclay Mowlem.
He is married, and a proud grandfather, and in leisure time enjoys farming with emphasis on the production of super fine grade Merino wool.

Allan Banks, Finance Manager
Allan Banks joined Amec Services in 1993 as the company’s management accountant. In late 2006 he was appointed to the position of Finance Manager. He has over 15 years experience in the finance and administration sector.
Allan is a graduate from Curtin University and is a member of the National Institute of Accountants.
In his leisure time Allan enjoys spending time with his family, reading, watching movies and supporting his favourite team, the Perth Wild Cats.

Perry J. Larson-Pearse, Support Services Manager
Perry Larson-Pearse joined Amec Services in November 2008 as Project Manager and became Support Services Manager in March 2009.
As Support Services Manager, Perry has responsibility for the company’s Quality, Heath, Safety and Environment management department as well as the Procurement, Administration, and Information Technology department. One of his many achievements as Support Services Manager to date has been driving the successful implementation of the company’s ERP (Pronto) system.
Prior to joining Amec Services Perry held numerous senior roles within the Royal Air Force in the United Kingdom. In 2004 he launched and successfully managed an electronics and electrical installation business in Spain, which was subsequently sold in 2008 prior to his return to Australia.
Perry is a qualified Aeronautical Engineer, a member of the Institute of British Engineers and a member of the Australian Institute of Management. He is married with three children and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, diving and supporting Liverpool FC.

Bill Banks, Estimation Manager
Bill Banks has more than 30 years experience in the engineering, mechanical fabrication and installation industry and is the founder of Amec Services. He has held various roles within the company including Managing director. He has successfully guided Amec Services through the various economic conditions of the past 25 years. Since 2006, he has fulfilled the role of estimation manager and takes active part in the tendering of major EPC and construction contracts.
Skipper enjoys spending time with his grand-children, playing golf and cold refreshments at the end of a warm day.

Lee Williams, Operations Manager
Lee Williams joined Amec Services in 1996 and with determination and ambition was promoted to Operations Manager in 2007. Prior to joining Amec Services Lee held several roles on major construction projects in various countries in Africa and Australasia.
As Operations Manager, Lee has responsibility for the overall performance of Amec Services fabrication workshop and all construction sites on which Amec Services is present. Lee is also responsible for site safety, quality and human resources issues.
Lee is married with three sons and enjoys spending time with his family boating around Rottnest where they spent many a vacation.
