To achieve this end a Quality Management System defining the minimum standard of work practices from receipt of contract enquiry to delivery and installation of the finished product has been adopted. The Quality Management System comprises Process Flowcharts and Method Statements which have been developed to eliminate error, waste and frustration and provide a foundation for continuous improvement. Our simple philosophy of “Get it Right First Time†will be aided by the adoption of these systems. The Management Team is fully committed to the successful implementation and maintenance of the Management Systems. All personnel are encouraged to take an active role in ongoing improvement.
